Join the Jewish Heritage Center's Collections Management Archivist Gabrielle Roth for an in-depth webinar on locating Jewish women in the archives. Gabrielle will cover some of the challenges to finding women in vital records and other collections, the value of the archive in genealogical research, and tips for identifying which types of records hold clues about historical women's lives. The session will close with a Q&A.
 
As the Collections Management Archivist at the JHC, Gabrielle Roth is responsible for overseeing the preservation, capture, access, control and promotion of the Center’s archival collections. Gabrielle is passionate about preserving collection materials to support intellectual and physical access for a broad community. As a Jewish American woman, she has a deep-seated interest in illuminating the impact and histories of Jewish people. 

Gabrielle is an ACA Certified Archivist. She earned a Master of Science in Information Studies with endorsements in Archives and Preservation and a Certificate in Museum Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Rutgers University. She is a member of the Society of American Archivists and the New England Archivists.
